You can not remove widget in Appearance -> Widget menu.

But you can not make content full width.

You gave admin credentials via public message.

Please remove the message and change the password.

And please check http://prntscr.com/pngegq You added [tour_booking] shortcode in tour sidebar and it is the issue.

I removed it and tour page is working well.
