i  don't have a problem with the RTL the problem is the translation goes good with the pages as a pages but when i add any other languages to the rooms, default services and extra services, it give another page for the language but it appears in same page like the attached pictures. 

the other thing that the search page in any other language i translate didn't take the thumbnail pictures. what is the problem i also attached a picture.

i translated the theme using wpml but the two languages appears in same page arabic and english appears in english version and in arabic version it doesn't separate the languages between versions upon the language why?
