i have this page

in the wpbakery page editor there is at the "single image" option, in the properties for that singel image there is an drop down box called on click action. 

i would like a popup box with an image (or the content of a link) to show in that popup box. 

However that prettyphoto option dont seem to work as the prettyphoto plugin is almost 2 year too old for the newest wordpress versions. 

Can you advise how i can get such a poup box to work (actually in the theme you have the masonry media grid, and in that there is a popup, but that popup is too small and we can not control the size of the popup)
