I checked your website and the main issue is your website can not send any email.

So when visitors create accounts in your website, they can not receive confirmation email.

Please contact hosting provider about this issue. It is not CityTours theme issue.

Ok, thank you. I understand how you explain this but practically doing it ,
doesnt work so thats why am asking for that help..

I am not a professional programmer but i understand abit of programming, I
gave you all my creditials for you to login and make it work.. The problem
is this, u havent test it on your side and how it works..Simply try
register on your side get the email and the password, screenshot then from
there we gonna have a prove that it worked..Kindly, do help..just test
everything on ur side and see if it works..i have given u cpanel details
and also worspreaa details..

CityTours theme uses Wordpress Default signup feature.

So it requests email and username and sends email to set password.

However, the sign up that is created works well, though it doesnt have the
sign up details of email and password, rather than the action is username
and email..where by after a user has create an account then he/she cant
login due that the login details asks on enter email and password..just try
and check by practically registering a new user..

was thinking this template could work like this action, on sihn up form of
: www.trip.com
where a user sign up and even gets an email to activate his or her account.

If you say about email issue, please confirm when users sign up in your website, they can receive email from your website.

And if you say about the user signup issue, please tell me your website url and admin credentials.

1. Please set "Anyone can register" in Settings -> General menu. Then visitors can sign up in your website and you can see sign up link in login page.

2. It may cause by your email server. Please install WP Mail SMTP by WPForms plugin and config it to send email in your website.

I have a problem with the template. I purchased :

CityTours - Hotel & Tour Booking WordPress Theme

and

1. I can not see the sign up form or  registering form, where a visitor can fill his or her details in the sign up form or registering of new account

2. I have tried to use the contacts 7 form and when a visitor submits the message on the contacts page I can not receive an email of the message sent.
