You can edit /single-tour.php file.

In it, you can change col-md-3 and col-md-9 to col-md-1 and col-md-10, etc.

And please send me page url in http://www.soaptheme.net/wordpress/citytours/

If you import demo content in CityTours -> Tools menu, you can find all the pages in your website.
