I tried to book a hotel in your website and I got booking confirmation email. Some of variables are working well and some variables are not showing well.

I can see you changed variable names in email content yourself in theme options panel., so those variables can not be recognized in Travelo theme. Please check http://soaptheme.net/document/travelo-wp/#theme_settings_accommodation_tab and add correct variables in email content.
