You should edit column element in WPBakery plugin. Please check http://prntscr.com/r3xsl8

You should make it to 4 columns.

We need three members in our dedicated team, if delete fourth one the alignment is change. How to edit it. Kindly check the attachment. 

How to adjust the images so there is no blank space.?
