Please edit /inc/functions/js_composer/js_composer.php file to create a WPBakery element.

2. You can not use those images because images have his own licenses.

3. Please check http://www.soaptheme.net/wordpress/travelo/blog/ As you can see in our demo site, you can create blog using Travelo theme.

We made footer using widgets.

Please check Appearance -> Widgets menu. In it, you can see footer sidebars and you can put widgets in them.
