Hello,

After i added extra fields with checkbox in check-out, i´m getting again the same error on display,

Basically is a question of layout, in a desktop and in a mobile version.

Please consider this issue solved.

The problem was related with "/* Add custom classes into billing form fields */" on wp-content/themes/citytours/inc/wocommerce/woocommerce.php Line 1166.

Hi,

Checkout field position issue does not come from CityTours theme.

CityTours theme has not function to add/change checkout fields.

Please confirm you set configuration of the plugin.

Or can you give me your website admin credentials?

Hello,

Regarding the following issue:

1) I installed the Woocomerce Check-out fields, but is not allowing me to change the pre-set fields, specially to determine fields on the left or right. I think is due the theme options.

After conversation with Woocommerce Support, they say this is related with theme.

The issue is cause by "form-row form-row-first form-group col-sm-12".

It should be "col-sm-6" to give the possibility to assume the left, width or right. 

Can you please help me with this?

CityTours theme has calendar and the plugin has calendar library, too.

They conflict each other. So you can not use the plugin in CityTours theme.

Thank you for your feedback. 

Why i cannot use that plugin? Are you able to help me to understand why/or the error that it causes? 

I really need to use it due my activity, because the "Car Transfer" from theme is basic considering my needs.

Hi,

You can not use Chauffeur Booking System plugin in CityTours theme.

The plugin conflicts with CityTours theme.

And for the payment icon issue, please send me your website url. Let me check.

Hello,

Thank you for your fast reply.

Regarding the payment icons the plugin author says the theme is overwriting the style. 

I´m having other issue regarding the use of other plugin. 

When i activate the plugin "Chauffeur Booking System", the calendar from "tours" disappear. The plugin author says is a theme problem due the jQuery UI Datepicker with different styles.

Can you please help me with this issue?

Hi,

1. CityTours theme uses woocommerce only for payment. So you can not add/change booking fields in CityTours theme.

And those fields in woocommerce checkout page are not from citytours theme. They are from woocommerce.

2. I don't know what you are saying now. But if you want to change styles of payment icons, please use css.

Theme options panel has not such feature.

3. 4. You can not use woocommerce email for booking notification. CityTours theme sends booking confirmation email to customers for every booking.

Hello,

I would like to kindly request help with the following:

2) In the Woocomerce Check-out Page, the Credit Card icons are deconfigured and the Woocommerce Stripe Gateway plugin theme autor, says is due the theme options. 

3) I saw that in woocommerce emails the tours booked and selected date and persons details do not goes on emails. Is possible to add?

4) I would like to use the Woocommerce Emails for all bookings. Is possible to remove the tours emails? They are deconfigured.
