You can replace travelo theme with latest version in cpanel or ftp.

Please find travelo theme in /wp-content/themes/travelo folder.

And you work will not be deleted, but we recommend you back up your website.

After updating Travelo to latest version, please update required plugins in Travelo -> Tools menu or Appearance -> Install plugins.
