I have sent the screenshots in the attachment. You can see that YOU DID NOTHING TO HELP ME. YOU ARE JUST TELLING ME THINGS THAT I ALREADY KNEW/TRIED BEFORE RATHER THAN SORTING THIS PROBLEM OUT!!!! Please consider this as a last request for this issue. I have been literally begging you to sort this problem out for ages, I have to finish my project sooner but because of your slow actions to this issue, I'm way behind of my schedule, well as I can see you are not going to do anything and I don't want to waste my time with you and your theme anymore. I want you to deactivate this Travelo theme licence that I purchased and I want you to refund me asap otherwise I will go to complain you on Envato market where I purchased this Theme and if it doesn't work I will go to the courts to get my money back in a legal way!!!

Hi, I purchased the Travello theme here, on Envato market about 2 months ago and it came with WP Bakery plugin, it worked just fine for a couple of weeks then 3 days ago I tried to save changes then click “Preview” for any page, I get this ” Error 503. Service Unavailable”. I disabled all plugins and re-enabled them one by one to figure out whether any of them was the culprit. The only time I got the error was when WP Bakery Page Builder was activated. When I turn it off, everything works just fine meaning WP Bakery is causing this error. Any ideas on how to fix this? I have built almost all pages with WP Bakery and they’re messed up when the plugin is deactivated. I have sent messages to WP Bakery Page Builder plugin team and they said : “Hello, As you got the plugin within a theme, you will need to contact your theme author for support or use our support at support.wpbakery.com (You will require a direct license of WPBakery Page Builder for support access).” this is the exact answer from the team…what will I do? who is going to help me? I’ve been trying to solve this problem on my own and I can’t fix it…I asked my hosting provider but they see no issue, it’s all about that that plugin(wp bakery) and half of my site is made of with that plugin. the plugin providers don’t seem to care about my problem(because its not registered purchased product) So what to do? I mean deleting it won’t fix my problem.I’m 3 days behind my schedule need to finish this site because it’s for my client Will you help me out??? Thank you Sincerely
