But where can I change the text and picture of these pre-existing Headers or the Icons and Text of the pre existing Bottoms?

where can I change or configure the preexisting header and footer contents? See attatchments.

For example I can't change the Header Title "Paris Restaurants" of the restaurant list page.

Please let me know if I can change these things in de WP Backend or if there are PHP-files which I can change for the child theme.
