Tour is a custom post type and you should create a new custom post type in Panagea theme.

I recommend you hire a wordpress developer to do it.

I think you misunderstood my question.

I want to have more "tour item" menu and page besides hotel, restaurant, and tour which is provided by the standard, not just modify the header menu.

For example, the panagea admin page has a tours,hotels, and restaurants menu to manage them. I want to add a tour item here.

Do you want to create another menu? Then you can do it in Appearance -> Menus menu.
