Maybe i´m not being clear with my question. 

The theme as the option to show mini cart in the desktop version. Please see print attached.  

Why do not show in mobile version? Is normal to not show in the mobile version?

It is wierd because the mobile version is increasingly growing among consumers and when the user adds a product, he has to complete the purchase and cannot add any more product, because he does not know where the cart is.

Yes. It does not show cart icon in mobile menu.

CityTours theme has not such feature.
