Hi,
I need to revisit this ticket as the images are not showing up again.
Please advise.
Hi
It works well on my end like screenshot.
Could you try again after clear cache and cookies on your end?
Kind Regards, Amand
Attached is the screenshot from an iPhone Xr using Chrome. Same issue on iOS safari.
Hi
Are you still have same issue? If so, please send me that screenshot.
Regards, Amand
Sorry, it's still showing up on my phone with cleared cache and even restarting it.
Hi
The problem caused by browser cache,
After received your message, I got the gallery issue on my end. So I removed and cleared cache on my end again.
It works well now. Please remove your cache on your mobile phone.
Regards, Amand
Thanks. But I'm still not seeing the changes on my primary mobile phone even after clearing the browser cache on the device.
Any thoughts?
Perhaps doing this might help?

Good.
Everything works well now.
If you have the other problem, please contact me again without hesitation.
And I will be thankful, if you give 5 marks to our bigcart item.
Thanks.
Right. I have purged the cache again from the server and cloudflare. Please have a look.
Hi
Maybe it can. Could you disable all cache settings and make the original settings on your admin dashboard?
After that, I will work and check your website again. Please disable other settings and make the original setting.
Kind Regards, Amand
Thanks.
There's still some difficulty seeing the changes on my mobile. Perhaps it's caching? I've purged the cloudflare cache and the wpengine cache... it's still showing up as the older version
I have changed bigcart/js/scripts.js & scripts.min.js files.
The gallery problem is caused by slider auto height issue. So I changed slider option in above js files.
Regards, Amand
what js files do you change?
Hi
To fix product gallery issue, I modified theme js file in bigcart parent theme.
But you set js cache options on your website. I think you merged and minified all js files using third party plugin.
I didn't find that option. So please clear cache and merge js files again on your end.
And then, try again.
Maybe, gallery issue will be fixed.
If you have the other question, please contact me again without hesitation.
Regards, Amand
The problem is specifically with the product image slider.
When I edit a product and choose: Product Options --> Product Image Style.
If it's set to an image slider (either horizontal or vertical) the images don't show up. If it is set to gallery the images do show up in Safari.
Weird. I hope this helps you find a speedy fix to the problem
I have the same site on a test server. When I changed the theme to Twenty Nineteen, the product images were loading fine.
They are not loading fine in Safari when the BigCart Theme or BigCart child theme is active.
I hope this helps
This seems to have happened after an automatic WordPress update. Do you have an update for the BigCart theme that has kept up with the WordPress updates?
Hi
Please share your admin credential.
Then, I will check in detail and provide solution quickly.

Hi,
The product image gallery isn't showing up correctly on Safari and on mobile (iPhone) as it does in Chrome (desktop).
I get this error from Woocommerce in my dashboard:
Your theme (BigCart Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.
If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.
How do I update the theme? (If that's possible)
the site is halloffamecollection.com and a troubled product page is:
