1. You should check demo site of WordPress version. It is WordPress theme. Some of pages are different from HTML version.

2. I wish to make some changes in homepage 'with hotels and tours'. As home page is in reality devided to two function sites Tours and Hotels, my wish is to modify it to "Resorts and Hotels" while "resorts" would be exactly as the hotel in design. Well even to rename Hotel to Apartments would be excelent. Thank you.
