I can not understand your issue clearly.

I can see visual editor is working well in Text Block Editor that was from WPBakery. 

Or can you tell me details, so that I can understand your question clearly?

I can see it is text block and it is from WPBakery plugin.

It is not made by Travelo theme.

There is a new version available for this plug in.  Automatic update ask to buy the extension.  How to update the plug in using the theme tools?
