1. Unfortunately, Travelo theme has not such feature.  You can add a link or button using WPBakery element.

2. Search function in Travelo theme is not working like you want.

Unfortunately, Travelo theme does not include such feature.

You can create a page with full width page template and put your search form shortcode in page content.
