Hi, Koulou

As we said, the themes which you can get a notification on the top area like your screenshot are all in wordpress.org.

To be extactly, those themes are all free themes which can be downloaded on wordpress org.

In wordpress dashboard, the appearnace theme page is connected with wordpress org server.

So wordpress org themes can be shown the update notification like your screenshot.

But envato themes are not on wordpress org. So you can't see the screenshot notification from themeforest themes such as avada, flatsome...

To be exactly, the top area notification comes from wordpress org, not themeforest marketplace.

And as you said, same happens for themes that come from the themeforest market place.

Some themeforest themes are uploaded on wordpress org, but those are all free version, not premium.

They removed some important features and made free version. Then, upload it on wordpress org.

If so, you can get the notification for the free version theme, but you can't get the notification for the premium version.

As we said, you can get the updated notification from envato marketplace.

If you create your account correctly on themeforest, you can get the updated notification from your account email like screenshot.

https://prnt.sc/u91szg

All envato marketplace items such as themeforest, codecanyon are sending their update notification like this.

I hope you can understand this problem correctly. If we update theme, we also send the email notification to our buyers.

If you have any questions, please let us know again without hesitation.

Not exactly what I meant - Here let me show you an example.

See attached image - The third theme on top has an updated version so we usually get a notification asking us to update the theme. Same happens for themes that come from the themeforest market place.

Shouldn't the same happen with your team? - If not than how do I update the theme?

Please advise

Hi, Koulou

Thanks for your re-contact.

For the free wordpress theme which you get on wordpress.org, you can get the notification from wordpress.org.

But our theme is on themeforest market place. So you can get the notification from themeforest email server.

When we update theme, we notify the customers like screenshot.

https://prnt.sc/u917kc

So you can get the notification email from envato marketplace.

If you have any other questions, please contact us again without hesitation.

Hello,

Usually when a theme is updated, there's a notification through WordPress that gives the option to update the theme

I however have no such notification. - How would I go about updating the theme?

Hi, Koulou

First, thanks for your purchase.

WooCommerce plugin was updated yesterday. So we didn't update our theme to be compatible with the latest woocommerce.

But don't worry about that. We'll update our theme within this week.

After update theme, we'll notify you via email.

If you have any other questions, please contact us again without hesitation.

Hello,

I received this message from wordpress:

Your theme (Lorada) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:

--- Is this something I need to worry about?

Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.

If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.
