You can add several tour schedules. For example, 9/16/2020 ~ 9/20/2020, 9/23/2020 ~ 9/27/2020, etc.

Then you can disable every Monday and Tuesday. 

And Travelo theme has not variable pricing feature.

It seems like there is only an option to make the tour daily or not daily. Can I for example make it every day except monday and tuesday?

In addition, is there variable pricing available dependant on the # of people?

At first, please confirm booking is working well in your website without woocommerce.

To do it, please add tour schedules for each tour.

Then you can see available tour schedules in tour page.

And then please add tour booking page and booking confirmation page in theme options panel. http://prntscr.com/ued411

If you imported demo content, you will not do it again. 

After that please enable woocommerce payment in theme options panel. Please check http://soaptheme.net/document/travelo-wp/#woocommerce_integration

I recently purchased the theme and downloaded all the standard demo content along with WooCommerce to begin selling our tour packages.

What I'm having trouble understanding is how exactly to integrate WooCommerce as advertised, when it seems separate to make Products for the "Shop" and make Tours for the "Tours home page"

Is there someway to link booking and scheduling to the shopping cart and facilitate transactions in WooCommerce from the booking page? Thanks.
