Hi, Rene

Please check again. Everything works well now.

We think the problem is caused by wp rocket cache or the other third party plugin.

So we deactivated some unnecessary plugins and disabled js minify option on wp rocket setting.

If you have any other problems, please let us know.

Oh, we missed that problem.

Sorry.

The problem is caused by woocommerce setting problem.

You set the "Default customer location" option like screenshot in woocommerce setting page.

https://prnt.sc/uft03q

If set like this, woocommerce add "v=xxxxx" part in the page url.

So we set that again like screenshot.

https://prnt.sc/uft0om

Now you can see the clean page url. https://prnt.sc/uft0w5

Please check again on your end.

Hi, Rene

We found the reason correctly.

The problem is caused by "WooCommerce Stripe Gateway" plugin setting.

In the setting page, you selected "custom" mode in "Payment Request Button Type" option like screenshot.

https://prnt.sc/ufruox

This option is related with the single product add to cart action directly.

The default option value is "Buy" like screenshot.

https://prnt.sc/ufrv5v

We set the default option in there. So everything works well now.

Please check again on your end and let us know.

Hi, Rene

The problem is caused by "WooCommerce Stripe Gateway" plugin.

If you deactivate this plugin, everything works well now.

We are working to find the solution with this plugin.

Hi, Rene

Maybe the problem is caused by some js issue. Which theme version are you using now?

And Did you install some third party plugin?

If you share your site URL and admin credential, we'll check your admin and find the solution quickly.

Hollo

When the "Product Ajax Add to Cart" option is active in a single product it works in the front store but not in the single product, but when I deactivate it, it works in the single product, but not in the ajax way and in the front store does not work in any way.
