My log in button on my website at the top bar is not working. I went to customize, header style and made sure that it was on and it is still not working. Is there a way to fix it?

Also, is it possible to add a tax on top of the price at checkout? It should be price that is advertised, but when they check out there should be a 5% GST tax added to the price. Is there a way to do that?
