1. Download latest version of Panagea theme from themeforest.

2. Activate another theme in administrator in your website.

3. Remove Panagea theme in your website using ftp, etc.

4. Install latest version of Panagea theme and activate it in administrator in your website.

5. Install/Update required plugins in Appearance -> Install plugins or Panagea -> Tools menu in administrator.
