If you use another theme, you can not use tour carousel in your website.

And if you want to use elementor instead of WPBakery, please add the shortcode like I said in the last message.

use the "tour carousel" in Elementor using Other theme (we are using this theme now: https://utillz.com/brikk/booking/

Is any downloadable document from the Panagea  .zip element that I can download and upload into Elementor, so I can use the tour carousel in the theme we are using?

Panagea theme supports WPBakery page builder.

You can build the pages using Elementor, but Panagea theme supports WPBakery page builder.

If you want to create tour carousel using Elementor, please do like following.

Add Shortcode element and add [tours slider="yes"]

I purchased your theme few months ago, I had to change to a new theme because of growth but continue to love your homepage design. Especially the tour carousel (Attached image). I would love to use the home page design or at least that part in Elementor. How can I upload the theme or that part to elementor?
