2: My apologies, I'm not sure I understand. I thought I was using the Travelo theme.

3: Would it be possible to pay for you to customize this functionality for me? If so how much would it cost?

1. Please check you configured booking confirmation page correctly in the the theme options panel.

2. Unfortunately, CityTours theme has no such feature. Please edit /wp-content/themes/citytours/single-tour.php file to made it.

I needed some help with two things:
     •When someone fills out a booking form for one of our tours, after clicking 'confirm booking' the page redirects to the home page without stating the form successful or not. Also no email is sent out stating the tour had been booked to the customer, nor the site admin's email. 
     •Is it possible to be able to have different forms for different tours. Some of our services require different information from the  clients. If this is not possible with this theme would there be any plugins you can recommend that work well with the theme to give me this functionality? Or would I need to have a customization done to be able to get this functionality.
