Thank for the respond, I managed to solved the issue after deactivate the other plugin.

Hello,

1. Please deactivate all the plugins except the plugins that the citytours theme requires and check the tour type menu again.

2. CityTours theme supports WPBakery pagebuilder. You can find tours element in WPBakery elements.

If you are going to use WPBakery page builder in tour, please enable it in WPBakery Pagebuilder -> Role Manager menu.

I re-attached new image with indicator to show you the issues.

1. My issue here is that I can't find Tour Types sub-menu on the Tour's menu.

2. Can't find "Tours" item in the CityTours shortcode menu as mentioned in the support document.
