Hi,

After customer changes booking information, confirmation email will be sent to administrator and customer.

And then administrator can get paid when customer arrives at hotel.

So it doesn’t work properly then?
Every hotel has a booking % to be paid when confirming the booking.

If customer today book a hotel for 2 days and pay the deposit today fir the
2 days.

If they change the booking to 3 days afterwards, they will not pay the
right deposit amount.

Same with if set deposit amount to 100% so customer pay full amount st the
booking confirmation.

If customer gave paid for 2 day full amount, and later they change to 3
days. They have only paid for 2 days.

Shouldn’t there be s b email or a option asking customer to pay the new
deposit or full amount.

Hi,

After booking completed, if customer changes booking information in booking confirmation page, it does not require payment, but confirmation email will be sent.

Hi

Thank you for the support all this time.

for and example, I set booking deposit to 10%.

Customer books the room for 2 night and pay the deposit.

But if customer comes and change the booking dates to 3. deposit still will be the same as for 2 dates.

There is no update or auto email sent to customer to pay the additional deposit for extra day.
