You purchased the theme, but you did not purchase those plugins.

You can use those plugins with the Travelo theme, but you can not activate those plugins with the purchase key of the theme.

And you don't need to activate those plugins.

my question is don't you have to license this theme?

I have a licence key but I don't know where to put it.

and because i can't license the theme the paid plugins don't merge.

the plugins like revolution slider,wpbakery etc.v all plugins want to have the license key. i give the license key i got but with the plugins it doesn't merge unfortunately.

You can use Slider Revolution plugin, WPBakery plugin, etc with Travelo theme, but cannot activate them.
