CityTours theme has not special page for 404 error. 

Did you set 404 page in theme options panel? If not, default 404 page in CityTours theme will be shown in 404 error.

And car transfer has not limitation feature.

Is there a way to limit the number of persons who can book a single car
transfer to only 10 maximum?

Is it possible to enable a return option for the car transfers section. This way persons can select to have a return pickup to the airport etc?

if this is already there please advise how I can enable. I did not see details in the documentation regarding vehicle transfers. 

Also to have this information show in the completed booking details we receive in the order section.
