Hi, when you make a purchase with woocomerce and it is not completed, the confirmation email is sent in the same way.
Payment declined (not successful) but email was sent to customer. (I have disable woocommerce sales email and only Panagea email sending)

Payment is not completed, but booking was completed and deposit paid will be false.
So please check email content.
Deposit paid is "No" in it. It is not issue.
