I did this thank you it was because the plugin folder was not zipped.
I have made progress but please why is the mobile layout wrong?

You can see it will let me scroll left and right, It should be only up and down.
See attached you can see the white margin on the right hand side.

Please, can you help me, We have chosen your theme today as it is exactly what we needed I need the site live today HOWEVER it will not install the LordCros Core Plugin so I can not proceed to install the demo content.

Can you please send me the plugin via email or a link so I can download it manually, I can not find it in the WordPress theme store.
