I have already opened a ticket on themeforest where you said you will be updating in the future.
I would like to let you see what the error I am talking about from some screens in the purchase process:
1. I see the hotel
2. I choose the room
3. reservation in the cart
4. I choose the tour
5. I add options to the tour and update the quote
6. my cart contains the tour and the hotel now
7. update the quote in the cart
8. payment details
9. mail received correctly (but missing pin code and booking number)
10. mail receipt for hotel booking only and not for the tour
11. backend side> hotels> orders> hotel reservation present
12. backend side> tours> orders> tour booking NOT PRESENT
13. backend side> woocommerce> orders> complete reservation with correct totals
14. backend side> woocommerce> orders> single order> total correct
In my opinion it should not be difficult to solve the following problem. I sincerely hope you can help me

1. You should set image at least 1400 * 700px for header image

6. You are using WooCommerce for the payment, so it shows hotel and tour.
7. You can not update quantity in cart page. You can update quantity in default woocommerce product.

9. You can add [booking_pincode] and[booking_no] field in email content in theme options panel.

13. 14. You don't need to check woocommerce orders for tours and hotels. We use woocommerce only for payment.
