Yes,

Customers will receive 2 email. One is from Panagea theme and the one is from WooCommerce.

You can disable woocommerce email in WooCommerce Settings menu.

Hi again Kelly

I as the seller get only one email from Woocommerce.
Customer gets the email from woocommerce and one email more from Panagea
for each tour.

It seems to be the right behaviour, isn´t it?

I´ve modified the default email template to allow the customer know how
many adults and children will go to the tour.
As i can see that data in the "orders" section, both parts can have access
to that information.

If you don´t notice anything wrong from my explanation, i supose that the
problem is solved now.

Hi,

You should get booking email from Panagea theme, too.

Please send me your website url and admin credentials.

Let me check your website.

Ok Kelly

That fixes our lack of information, thank you!

Now we must be sure that our customer and us get the order email with that info.

I saw and modified the email templates in Panagea Settings, but i´ve noticed that the emails sent after each order are woocommerce emails, not Panagea's.

¿How can i do to get my emails sent by Panagea instead?

Hi,

As I said before, panagea theme integrated woocommerce only for the payment.

Please check tour orders in Tours -> Orders menu. Not in woocommerce orders. Please check http://prntscr.com/omr6tu

If you checkout several tours, for example, you selected tour A and tour B, then you will see 2 orders in Tours -> Orders menu.

One is for tour A and the other one is for tour B.

Dear Panagea theme devs,

We just find a problem with theme functionality and the way it operates, so we need your support ASAP.

We have an active integration of your Panagea theme with Woocommerce, and we have a list of tours ready to be booked.

The process of checkout and payment is working properly, but the problem is that when an order is placed, the system only records that this order contains a single unit of each purchased tour (1x) no matter the original purchase order contained more items from each tour (for example, a purchase of 3x adult and 1x child for the tour1, is recorded as a single 1x tour1, with the total cost, without break down items and units; the same happens when we combine different tours in the same order: only 1x item for each tour with the computed total cost).

Moreover, we have just detected that all orders are added as a new line in Woocommerce's products list. We think this is wrong, so we ask you whether it is the normal behavior from your theme integration with Woocommerce or it is a misconfiguration from our side. Please, give us an advice about the steps we have to follow to solve this problem.

As you can see in the attached images:

- The email (as the record in woocommerce's order's list) only specifies one unit. But the order in the sample was for many children and many adults. We can´t know how many of each kind because it´s only seen at the time of buying...but nowhere else.

- The Woocommerce section in the backend records each order as one new product (one unit). That´s  a problem because that's a heavy solution. The correct way should be, create a product for each tour and record only the orders for each product (with info on how many people will travel)

We wait to receive your support soon.
