1. Please find following ocode in /wp-content/themes/panagea/inc/functions/functions.php file and change the number in it.

function panagea_excerpt_length( $length ) {

 return 30;

}

2. Please use following css code to change font size.

a.box_news figure figcaption{ font-size: 12px; }
a.box_news figure figcaption strong { font-size: 19px;}
