Yes we want the refund of the support service. The product it's not
finished, now we found another big error, it's possible to add thousands
of children when the client makes the reservation of the tour, there's
no control. We buyed Your template, because it was supposed to do all
that you offer, but now we only can say that it's a beatifull template.
We feel cheated, and after the last error, even more.

Good morning, after having rehired support for the third time, I am surprised that before all the questions asked in various emails, the answers are negative to all questions. After not receiving any real help, we feel cheated, we request the refund of the support payment.
